Sponsoring Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
Marketing & Promotional Opportunities
- All gifts, handouts, banners, logo displays, and marketing items must be provided by you, at your cost.
- Pre-registration list will be provided 1 week before the event.
- Post-event insights include names, titles, companies, addresses, emails, and phone numbers. Additional insights like company size, industry, and interests may be available.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due by the payment due date. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation without notice, and you will remain liable for any outstanding balance.
A $25 fee applies to any returned checks, along with additional bank charges.
Exhibit Setup & Removal
- Setup: Exhibits may be set up the morning of the event, starting 1 hour before the event opens.
- Removal: Displays must remain in place until the event concludes. Early breakdowns are not allowed.
Exhibitor Conduct
- Exhibitors must stay within their allotted space and avoid obstructing other displays.
- Sound Equipment: Any noise-producing equipment must not disturb neighboring exhibits and must be approved.
- Food & Beverages: Distribution requires written permission.
- All personnel must remain professional, sober, and present in their space during the event. Only certified service dogs are allowed.
Booth Occupancy
Exhibitor spaces are for your use only and may not be sublet or assigned without prior written permission.
Cancellation Policy
- 45+ Days Before Event: 50% of the rental cost is retained, with the remaining balance refunded.
- Within 45 Days of Event: No refunds will be issued.
- Attendance guarantees cannot be provided. Events may be rescheduled due to weather or facility issues at the Organizer’s discretion.
